Craig Sullivan named Vice President, National Manager of the Hospitality Group for Old Republic National Commercial Title & Settlement Services

Oakland, CA--Craig Sullivan has been elected to the position of Vice President and National Manager of the Hospitality Group for Old Republic National Commercial Title & Settlement Services in its Irvine, CA, office. Sullivan will oversee business development for its title and escrow services in the National Hospitality sector. 

“As a 35-year veteran of the title insurance industry, Sullivan has several years of experience in dealing with many aspects of the business, including residential, subdivision, commercial and industrial title work,” stated Marion Aaron, Esq., Sr. Vice President, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, of Sullivan. 

Within these areas, Sullivan has worked in every aspect, from search and exam, to serving as the top-producing title officer, to becoming a profitable branch manager. Several years ago he moved on to title sales within the National Hospitality sector. Since then, he closed over 8 billion dollars worth of hotel assets nationally and internationally.

Sullivan is the Co-Chairman of the Income Property Lending Conferences in California, which meets annually in Los Angeles, San Diego and San Francisco. He also is involved with “Meet the Money,” a debt and equity financing conference for hotels, the Hotel Developers Conference and the Lodging Conference. 

He publishes a hospitality newsletter with a circulation of over 60,000. Additionally, Sullivan is a member of several hospitality organizations, along with serving as a panelist and moderator at various industry events and conferences.
